When `Finish Debugger` is pressed immediately when it is enabled, then:

- "Debugger Finished" is annouced
- follows "Debugger running", given class could be debugged, "Finish Debugger" is disabled
-debugged class ends -> "Go" and "Trace Into" is disabled

Verified in Pilsen (build 010314) and Forte 2.0 (build 1160).
