I added global a11y description.

Buttons does not have any mnemonics intentionally because it would
clash with main menu. They have shortcuts that can be discovered by
reading tooltip (it's same as for main toolbar).

The reported JButton without any properties is probably bogus.

There is no label that could be assigned to the table. Global
description should be enough.
