In the dev builds there doesn't appear to be a way
to see the cvs command line that's going to be
executed before executing the command from the gui
(e.g. cvs update -dAP).  I found this to be a
useful feature of the old built in cvs client just
as a sanity check when using the cvs gui.

A generic framework for that needs to be made in VariableInputDialog
class in vcscore module.
