Currently some active drop areas are too small,
very hard to operate on nootebooks with touchpad,
trackpoint or trackball. Concentrate on places
close to splitters and borders between components
- active areas are only about three pixels wide
here, which is not enough.

the performance of window drag and drop has improved recently so i believe this is not such a big problem anymore -
please reopen if you insist on changes in drop areas.
