As usual I am not sure if this should be assigned 
to Robert, or whoever owns PMD ... please reassign
as necessary.  Thanks.

A day or 2 ago a new module was added to :

updates/alpha/dev_1.6_.xml

However the homepage URL is invalid :

module codenamebase="org.netbeans.modules.pmd.ext"
        homepage="http://www.netbeans.org/"

Homepage should always point to some page with
real info about that module.

Jesse is probably the module owner who should set the proper homepage.

There is no such page currently; probably one should be written.

I suggested a section to module list and commited simple homepage
