When duplicating a set of components using copy and
paste from one container to the other, the constraints are lost. For
example, duplicating the contents of a panel within a tabbed pane to a panel
on another tab. I suggest an addition to the paste operation which, when the
layout managers on both the source and destination panels are the same,
duplicates the constraint properties as well
