User problem:

The current IDE has too high hardware requirements
for some environments (e.g. EDU)

User need:

The user needs to be able to run the IDE on the
current common hardware configurations.

Product requirement:

Please note: These are draft data only! Final
requirements will be determined by more thorough
market study.
Minimum HW requirements for Barracuda and Shark
releases (IDE so so usable):
CPU: PIII, 500 MHz
RAM: 96 MB
Normal HW Requirements (IDE usable for regular
size projects):
CPU: PIII, 750 MHz
RAM: 128 MB
