The ide could help the user distinguish different
outputs in the output window by coloring
differently stderr output and stack traces/exceptions.

There is an existing "rewrite OutputTabTerm" issue this issue
should be set to depend on - "improve output window 
performance". 

Difficulty: 5 (some of the issues are non-trivial)
Hack factor: ? (doing anything to OutputTabTerm as it now
exists has a high hack factor due to fragility of code and
threading issues [primarily caused by its complexity])

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now.
