User need:

The user often things in terms of
"tasks"
- I need to complete this and this... and often
creates small notes in comments throughout the
code that help him remember about unfinished work.
Many IDEs provide tools that recognize this and
also allow the user to add his own code-unrelated
tasks (Call Mom!).

Product requirement:

Task List tool, that is an integration point of a
task-based approach (code todos, manual tasks, VCS
integrations, Bugs to
fix, etc.)

There is tasklist module available on the
http://tasklist.netbeans.org/ . I would really like to see this module
in the Netbeans IDE release.
