User problem:

The icons do not blend well into most commonly
used native operating system (Windows 2000/XP) UI.

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
Redesign the primary (those visible most of the
time the IDE is used) icons for a more modern
appearance. Subsequently (lower priority) redesign
all the icons to match the icon standard.
