User problem:
-----------------------------------
The user interface does not render well under
Windows XP LookAndFeel.

User need:
-----------------------------------
The preferred appearance for majority of Windows
XP users is native XP.

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
The IDE needs to support rendering itself in a
high-fidelity native XP LookAndFeel emulation
(down to a pixel level).

With the integration of the new winsys, I think this issue can be closed.
