User problem:

The user interface does not reflect modern trends
in software UI design. The current implementation
of Java LookAndFeel looks outdated and has some
issues when used on platforms where good UI is
standard (Mac, Windows) and a sign of quality.

User need:
-----------------------------------
The user interface seamlessly blends into the
native operating system, either by pretending that
it is a native application (preferred by majority
of users on Windows and Mac) or by implementing a
Look and Feel that fits nicely (from design
perspective) into the operating system style and
color schemes.

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
Improve the product appearance under native
LookAndFeel (specifically Windows), so that it is
not apparent that it is a Java application.
Finetune to the pixel levels.

Have native look in 4.0.
