Although can be modified by the property editor, a
localized property file can not be modified by the
source editor, which is brought by selecting
[Edit] from the right-click menu. The reason is
that the localized character isn't converted from
unicode.

You mean that characters saved in form \uNNNN are not displayed in
their proper visual form, right? This is a bug, indeed.
