Steps to reproduce behavior:
Select Tools menu and open Options window
Click on main window and Options windows dissappear.  
Try to access Options window using Windows menu.  Even if you select it you can't 
access it.  You have to minimize main windows in order to see again Options window.

This also happens thus:
Open Options window
Click on Editing
Click on Editor Settings
Select any of the editors and try to change Fonts and Colors.  When Fonts and Color 
window appears it sends Options window behind main window.  Now it is inaccesible.  
You have to minimize main window in order to see Options window again.
