Javacvs filesystem will not be a part of NetBeans
4.0, only the client library. Thus it is necessary
to modify this module to plug into the cvs profile
so that it can be used in NB 4.0.

There is a plugin to connect to CVS in the newer versions of Netbeans.
The bug can be closed.
