It is set Editing Workspace. Editor is hiden behind any window. Editor doesn`t showed after click on Editing Workspace in MainWindow. [IAN] I am not sure what you mean by the "Editor doesn`t showed after click od Editing Workspace in MainWindow" [PZ] Example: They are minimalized windows for Editing workspace. 1. You are in Editing workspace. Windows are minimalized after click on Editing workspace. 2.You are in Running workspace. Windows are showed after clicking on Edining workspace. Solution : Windows are showed on 1. variant or windows are not showed on 2. variant. [Dafe] - I`m sorry, I cannot reproduce it, can you describe it step by step in a detail?
It is platform dependend bug. Swing in KDE environment don't resolve, that window is minimalized.
1. You have runned IDE in KDE 1.1.2 + jdk 1.3 2. Editing worspace is selected. 3. Open some source in editor. 4. Minimalize editor window by minimalize button in editor window. 5. Switch to Browse workspace. 6. Open editor in browse workspace. 7. Switch to editing workspace. Editor is showed in Editing workspace. Editor was minimalized in step 4.
This happens to me all the time on Linux (when I use workspaces--rarely because of this bug). RHL 6, Gnome, Enlightenment, sloppy focus, Sun JDK 1.3.0. After switching workspaces, only about half of the windows that are supposed to be on the new workspace actually show, the rest are minimized. It is random which ones are showing each time.
Automated change of version from Other to Dev.
