I send email to nbdev@netbeans.org at Wed, 11 Jun 2003 18:13:57 +0200, and it still isn't there after 16 hours!!!! My mail client Netscape 7.0. Posted mail is attached.

Sounds like a dup of 34333 - nbdev moderator is out sick and no one was covering for him. I signed up for moderation of nbdev on Wed ~20:00 so would have missed seeing your msg if it was moderated. What address did you post from ? You are subscribed as marian.mirilovic@czech.sun.com - if your msg came from anything different, it was moderated. If you think this is what happened, pls re-send your msg, as I am now moderating I can approve it if it is moderated. It's duplicate, but as I know the email adresses x.y@czech.sun.com has been changed to x.y@sun.com, so "maybe" it will be better to change emails in the "list of unmoderated" adresses :)
