pasting a folder at the same level of the tree hierarchy as the existing 
folder duplicates the items within the existing folder

this is a severe usability issue which should be addressed as a priority

should duplicate the entire folder - either as a new folder named 
Copy of x or after displaying a replace? dialog and/or prompting 
the user for a new folder name

may be same issue as 33438

The reporter is right, the matter is same as in issue 
33438.  I can close as duplicate of it.
