There are tooltips that show for the columns of
the debugger views.  These are inconsistent.  For
example, there is no tooltip for "state" in
threads, in the Location column of "Call Stack"
view the the tooltip is "Location", and Value
column of "Local variables" is "Value of Variable".
I think it would probably be good to have no
tooltips to describe the columns.

Tooltips were completely rewritten.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
