Some tree table views (in other OS's) will expand
the width of the first column if the data doesn't
"fit".  It might be reasonable if the  NetBeans
treetable view did basically the same thing...
that is the existing columns could specify a
"minimum size" and then if the first column has
data which needs more space, it could expand until
the other columns reached their minimum size.

This issue blocks the umbrella issue 33281 - TreeTableView improving. All TTV's
issues should be fixed separately at once on base UI spec (task 31621).
