Sometimes is opened information dialog (see atach).
I use Help|Bookmarks|...
The requsted page is opened in browser and the dialog 
appeared.
I have default settings.

Reproduced with a release candidate of NB 3.5.1.
The information dialog had different dimensions but the contents was
the same, except that a button for displaying details was present. The
details contain a stack trace. I am attaching it to this bug report.

I do not know what causes the bug yet - whether it is a malformed URL
or a bug in module External Browser (component "extbrowser").

This is a duplicate of bug #21236 (Ext-Browser: Message "Could not
access the URL" to guide from Tools menu). The bug is not fixed yet.
