Description: 

Tested env. Nevada RC3 build.

As seen in the attached picture, the JUnit wizard has no description in the
new-template wizard. 

Add the description for the wizard.

adding SIMPLEFIX keyword - it's easy to fix and worth for a  bugfix
release.
