[nevada RC3, #030512, jdk1.4.1_02]
Change the Internall Registry Port setting to a
non-default value => the RMI local registry is
started (if run before, first stopped and then
started on the new port)

IMO a new node under RMI Registry node
representing the local registry should be added,
because if you start the registry by the 'Local
Registry' action + Start button, the node is added
- so the behaviour should be similar.
