In NetBeans 3.5 and Sun ONE Studio 5, it is not
possible to delete/rename saved search criteria
(old criteria may be overwritten, new criteria may
be created).

Allow users to manage the criteria.

I think that manager for saved criteria is not needed any more now that the Find dialogue has been redesigned (see issue
#35255). Marking as WONTFIX.
