There is the folloing description in
getstart/colorswitch/steppingcode.html

But "Debug" menu does not have "Toggle Breakpoint"
in Nevada.
This is an incorrect description.

Fixed in trunk. Toggle Breakpoint is available from contextual menu
when you right-click the line on which the breakpoint is currently
set.

Added keyword for tracking purposes. Also added pkeegan in Cc list.
