Some time between 20030416 and 20030423 the daily
3.5 build broke the movable status line. (toolbar
component is named "WorkspaceSwitcher".

The status line no longer displays the status
messages.

It turned out that I had accidentally installed 0.3 and that
attempting to upgrade to 1.1 failed. (and always fails)

The 0.3 comboworkspace switcher does not work with >3.4 and should be
removed from their "beta" auto-update lists.

Workspaces will go away soon anyway, I am not going to fix it.

with workspaces going away, its probably even more important to get
the non-functional 0.3 version out of the beta auto-updater.
