Issue:
  Some strings which should be localizable are
hardcoded.

Environment:
  - All
      S1S or NetBeans on all platforms.

To Reproduce:
  1. From Runtime tab in Exproler window, Connect
any Database.
  2. Expand database node recursively.
      Followings strings are hardcoded, even if
they should be
      localizable.
      "Databases", "Drivers", "Tables", "Foreign
Keys",
      "Indexes", "Views", "Procedures".

Add "I18N" in Keyword.

I believe this is same as 18354 ? If so, can this one be closed ?

To development team - I think there was always going to be new
implementation of
database area, so that is why it wasnt fixed before.

Is this new implementation really going to happen - if not,
we'd like to escalate that this one be fixed for next patch.
