- Select Jar Archives/JAR Recipe in Wizard window
- Push Enter (Next button)
- Push ALT-W on the panel Basic Recipe Properties
- Push Escape (or the Select Directory button) in
the "Select Directory" dialog
Focus disappears in wizard, if to push AtT-F
(Finish button), submenu "File" popups from 
main menu.

Note, that all works fine with jdk1.4.1

Reproduced on the specified jdk 1.4.0_02 only! Any other, even minor,
version is fine ( <=1.4.0_01, >=1.4.0_03 ).
It is a bug in jdk, which sneaked in _02 and got quickly fixed. 
I don't think that deserves a workaround, if possible at all.
