NetBeans by default support only MetalLookAndFeel.
In the application build on the NB platform we use
a custom LookAndFeel but (fortunatelly) it is a
subclass of MetalLookAndFeel. So this task should
summarize all changes needed within NetBeans to
better work with our L&F. All the changes should
not do anything when the default L&F is used. I
will reuse the branch name from issue 32247.

Seems like this one is either fixed or obsolete ;-)
