Now there is one big debugger window, containing
alll debugger related views.
Debugger window as such should be removed, all
debugger related windows (callstack, watches,
breakpoints...) should be independent separate
windows from windos system point of view. (which
means each window inherits from TopComponent).

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
