Now there is the Run button (F6) which allowed to
execute single class. This isn't supported
anymore, project defines set of execution profiles
and uses the default one for its execution. This
all is done using Run Active Project action in
menu, the same action should be accessible from
toolbar as well.

As described in

current work on projects prototype has been stopped.
