Description: 
Need better help to describe the functionality of each module on the module
configuration page.  The user can enable/disable modules, but it's pretty much a
brute force, trial-and-error exercise unless there's a clear understanding about
the functionality that each module provides.

how about using tool tips for containing these module descriptions?

Module owner is responsible for module's description. Marian, file a
task for a affected module, I can't fix in wizard's framework. Thanks
