In automated tests it happens that editor window
(maximized) is partially covered by output window
(see attached screen shot). It may lead to
failures in UI tests.
I cannot reproduce it manually but I suspect
editor window is not properly resized because it
doesn't expect that output window is already open.
In XTest we start to print messages to the output
window from early stages of IDE startup.

I think, I have seens this already, but I can't reproduce it.
The reproducible steps are needed.

Let me know, how to run the test.

In my environment (Solaris 8, JDK1.4.1_01, build 20030304) it is 100%
reproducible for beans test:

cd nb_all/test
ant -Dnetbeans.home= netbeans030304_HOME -Dxtest.testtype=qa-func
-Dxtest.attribs=validation

It will start the test and as soon as IDE is opened, the welcome
screen is badly resized. To run the test you need to have jemmy and
jellytools libraries in nbextra.
