1. Mount a web module and select it.
2. Run "New Wizard".
3. Select JSP template and press 'Next' button.
4. Type something in the 'Folder' text field and
press 'Create' button.
Expected result: new folder is created, web module
node expands, new folder is highlighted and when
you press 'Finish' button - a new jsp is created
in the newly created folder.
Actual result: new folder is created, 'Finish'
button is disabled - you need to press 'Create'
button once more to enable "Finish' button. And
new folder is not automatically highlighted - you
need manually select it if you wish to create new
jsp there.

Note that it can't be reproduced in nb dev builds
and old nevada builds (030217_1).
It can be reproduced in S1S 5 SE 030223 build.

It works on Feb 26 Nevada. I can create new folder in
TemplatePanel->TargetChooser, the Finish is enabled and i.e. JSP is
created in new folder correctly.
Assign to web team for more investigate, optionally close as
worksforme or assign back if any problem in TemplateWizard.
