Open generated servlet for JSP file. This servlet cannot 
be modified. But if I copy to buffer something, paste 
action is enable in popup menu. It I click on paste menu 
item nothing happens. Paste popup menu item should be 
grayed for generated servlet.
Reproduced with last Netbeans dev build.

Cannot reproduce with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 030221).
