Marking this as a P1 since it's a highly visible 
regression.

In NB dev build 200302140100, the context menu 
item "Execute (Force Reload)" is incorrectly appearing 
as "Execute rce Reload)".

Might be regression in core/openide. The key value looks good.

Regression between 200302100100 and 200302110100 night builds.
Looking at the changelog, it could be probably caused by fix of #26640.

I guess the "(&" sequence is being interpreted as in Japanese? Not
clear how this works.

Jesse, can you just fix this bug?  This is marked as P1, and I would
like to see it fixed rather sooner than later

Actually the bug in openide code was there all along, but apparently
no one was calling that method before.
