1. Select some node in the Explorer.
2. Turn properties sheet on by pressing a button on the toolbar of the Explorer window.
3. Turn properties off.
4. Press down arrow or up arrow key on the keyboard.

NetBeans IDE is locked and consumes all available CPU time.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
