Description: 
Add facilities to the HTTP Monitor so that it can interact with the server
registry to verify whether the server to which a replay request is set is 
running and start it if it is not (provided the server is in the server
repository). 

The replay dialog should list the servers in the registry on the host tab, 
as well as allowing users to edit it manually. 


Note that you can replay requests to servers that are not maintained by the 
host IDE (for instance I could record and replay transactions on a server
that is maintained by another IDE) so users still need to be able to 
set the hostname manually.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
