Svato, you mean new package template, don't you? At least the subject
speaks about the Packages node.

No, the NFT wizard for package creation is already done. This task is
to implement the NFT wizard (and template) for creation of ordinary
folders as it is described in 'Creating New Folders' section in java
uispec.

I am no sure if this template is not provided by the Netbeans Platform
itself in such case we should think of reusing it. The only think
which we would have to change is the target location chooser panel
which is specific for different nodes where user starts using the
template.
