I have installed Nevada.  Now I cannot run my Sierra installation of the IDE.
It complains that the serial # is invalid.  Deleting the userdir does not help.

I should mention, I installed Nevada kit 12/19_4, NT 4, JDK 1.4.1

This is issue list of NetBeans installer. File a bug against
Nevada/Sierra to bugtraq.
