I am not sure what category is supposed for
localfs. Please reassign if this is not correct.

I encountered the deadlock during start up of
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200212041512). It is my
build from the prj40_prototype branch and trunk.

I am not able to reproduce it reliably.

I am encountering the deadlock with each restart of the ide now.
Raised priority P3 -> P1
