a null pointer exception occurs when the cursor points to 
the tools pulldown or right clicked pop-up. this is 
repeatable and transpires when an xml file is in the 
project - if no xml files are present (only java files) 
then the exception does not occur.

Update apisupport or delete it. You are using an old version, I guess.
