If there's a CVS error, a message is sent to the
Output window:
"Check the full output of the command on the
Runtime tab in Explorer. The error output follows: "

Suggestion:
Also add - Expand the "VCS Commands" node and
current workspace then
double-click on the module that is marked with a
red badge.

The message, "The error output follows:" is
useless. If not output then can this message be
omitted?
