Consider linking to the Ant FAQ (see URL) from the
online help discussing Ant. E.g. a quick bullet at
the bottom of the Ant intro page in the online help:

o Having problems? Check the NetBeans _Ant FAQ_
(ant.netbeans.org/faq.html).

Hi. This issue is marked as 3.4.1_CANDIDATE. It means that it should be
integrated into release341 one branch. The plan at
http://www.netbeans.org/devhome/docs/releases/34/index.html expected beta1 to be
produced on Dec01. That did not happen due to a lot of outstanding not
integrated candidates like this one. 

Would it be possible to spend few minutes by backporting this fix? Thank you in
advance.

Sorry I didn't deal with this before. While the fix itself is
obviously trivial there is a question as to where linking to FAQs fits
in with our style guide, since no other online help pages link to
FAQs. OTOH, no other module has such a complete FAQ or receives as
many questions on nbusers that are directly answered in the FAQ. 

So I'll put it in for this release and discuss the guideline for 3.5.
But I'm sure people will keep asking the same questions on nbusers
anyways :-)

I'm pro this fix, and I think that linking from online documentation
to netbeans.org-hosted FAQs and other pages is generally good idea.

Though we need some compromise, and shouldn't give the online help in
the form:
