After Peter's changes in core we have today too
many tets finish with next error.

I've changed accessing of singletons from WindowsManagerImpl methods
to it getDefault methods.
It has to do with StateManger, UIModeManager, PersistenceManager,
DeferredPerformer, (hope I don't forgot one), and now I'm checkiing in
also with TabbedContainerUIManager.

Please replace codes like:
WindowManagerImpl.getInstance().xxxManager() ...

with

XxxManager.getDefault ...
