I tried to invoke Help from the Setup Wizard dialog by 
pressing Help button, but nothing happened. Help window 
started to show, but didn't finish. I found then that the 
help doesn't work in whole IDE and the exception is 
written into the console - see attached ide.log

I think this is a duplicate of #29043. Can you verify ?

It seems to be the same problem as #29043 - verified.
