On starting up netbeans 3.4 on windows 2000 5.00.2195 
Service Pack 3 build the exception below occurs:

"Cannot read class:  
org.netbeans.modules.web.context.DelegatingFileSystemVcs"  

This error does not occur under the Linux version running 
RedHat 7.2 kernel 2.4

This is probably a bug of web module. I have no idea how web
delegating filesystem is stored.

There was similar error reported caused by bad serialization of VCS
filesystem (it wrognly stored some unneceseary objects within the
filesystem). Can't reproduce this in dev builds so I guess it is
really the same.

Unable to reproduce in S1S build 030217_1 -> Verified.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
