Bug exists in S1S trunk build 021014_1.

In the properties of web.xml files there is only
one entry called "Web Application Version" and all
other DD specific properties for editin descriptor
are missed.

How to reproduce:

1. Create new WM in the IDE
2. Select WEB-INF/web.xml file and observe the problem

This should have been filed in BugTraq since the DD Editor 
is in the closed source.

Verified in Nevada build 030130_5.
