Some uses of getPackageNameExt should be repaced with getPath() and others should be 
replaced with Java classpath APIs.  This transition should be documented in the upgrade guide 
and in the incompatible changes section.

Not done as far as I know and still valid. Maybe someone on the java team can
confirm.
