I have just installed to a new directory the JDK 1.4.1 FCS, and deleted the old one. I always get an exception because the IDE is not able to open src.zip (it's a new directory). If I try to go and fix this in the options, I am not able to delete the entry in the filesystems: I get an exception also there. I am basically stuck.
Can you attach here the exception trace ? You can find it in the console or the ide.log file.
Created attachment 7468 [details] Stack trace for the exception
It should be actually easy to reproduce: * copy the src.zip file on another location * change in options->FileSystem the path to the src.zip file to the new one * close NetBeans and delete the file in the new location
I guess, it is a setting problem.
